THE KIDS AT OUR HOUSE proudly present ONE SIZE FITS
ALL, an album for children by Danny Adlerman and friends.
Two years in the making, the album is a collection
of ten songs. Five songs are musical adaptations of picture books
written by Danny, either in collaboration with his wife Kim under
the pen name of Kin Eagle, or written by Danny under his own name
with illustrations by Kim (the critically acclaimed Africa Calling).
Featured players on the album include Jim Babjak
of The Smithereens. In addition to providing acoustic and electric
guitars, Jim also can be heard on bass, backing vocals, electric
sitar, and percussion; he also contributed two songs (Surfin
the Net and School Bus Driver) and co-wrote one with Danny (How
Much Wood Could A Woodchuck Chuck?). The album also includes Dannys
popular The Library Song.
The entire album was engineered by Kurt Reil, of
The Grip Weeds, at Highland Park New Jerseys House of Vibes;
in addition to co-producing the album with Danny & Jim, Kurt
can be heard lending his talents on drums, lead and backing vocals,
acoustic and electric guitars, and percussion.
Dannys contributions include lead and backing
vocals, keyboards, acoustic guitars, glockenspiel, and percussion;
he also wrote music for the Kin Eagle adaptations (Its Raining,
Its Pouring features a new musical adaptation by Danny &
Kurt).
Other guests on the album include The Grip Weeds
Kristin Pinell on flute and mandolin.
The album was mastered by Alan Douches at West West
Side Music in Tenafly, NJ.
