"I originally wrote that one around the time of our first EP (See You Through). The first recording was a demo that featured Rick and Kristin before she even joined the band. But the song got changed a lot when The Grip Weeds recorded it for the EP- the lyrics were completely revised and a different guitar riff was introduced. During the House Of Vibes Revisited reissue project, we re-recorded a few of our early songs, and with Kristin on guitar we went back to the original lyrics and riffs from the demo and the record took off from there." –Kurt

"This was the first track I ever recorded with the Grip Weeds. I wasn't even in the band yet. Rick was living in this big old drafty Victorian house on the Delaware Raritan canal and we were hanging out one weekend– they just asked me to play along on the demo they were making. Later when we actually re-recorded it for release we got this incredible cool groove going live in the studio." –Kristin
